Bed Time Rhymeby ~3Jacks

I first read this rhyme over at Hark! A Vagrant ([link]) and I quickly decided it was one of the most beautiful things I ever read, so I took it on.

I'm obviously referencing Gorey here.

Dip pen and black ink and illustration board and nothing else.

PS I am, in fact, aware that I spelled that word wrong. But, baby, please understand. It's a final project for school (one of many). I'm so overworked and tired. I had to slip up somewhere.

Ah I used to sing this whilst playing skip rope xD Such fond memories.

I dont see the spelling error though o_o and I could gladly pay for this as a Print. Do you still do the prints of this? I need new art for my new room xD

I could make one for you at a copier place, or I can submit the piece to DA to make it into a print. I have no idea how the quality of that will look, but tell me which you prefer and we'll go with it!

I'm not sure...I'll have to do some research to see how much it would cost if I printed it and sent it on my own. But, for now, let me enable the piece as a print, then you can find out how much that method costs.

Wow, ever since I started researching this story and found that rhyme I’ve loved it.

Thought maybe I’d do something with it someday, but this is a million times better than anything I would have come up with.

I encourage you to try your own take on the story; my piece isn't any better than what yours could be, just different. Illustration is all so subjective anyway.
